Communications Committee
The name of this Standing Committee of the Chebucto Community Net Society
shall be the "Communications Committee".
The Communications Committee will:
- Identify communications requirements (needs and opportunities) for
Chebucto Community Net Society.
- Advise the Chebucto Community Net Society Board of Directors in the
development of communications strategy, policies and initiatives.
- Set priorities and budget available committee resources in
Communications Committee's focus will be on:
- those audiences which are external to Chebucto Community Net Society
(such as the media, community leaders and potential allies and the
community at large)
- associations representing these audiences (such as NPTN, SchoolNet,
Coalition for Public Information, etc.)
- offering assistance to other committees having primary communi cations
responsibilities with other groups, including but not limited to:
