Subject: Chebucto Community Net Launches Web Cam!
Chebucto Community Net is pleased to
announce the launching of their new Web Cam Site with a spectacular view
of the Halifax Harbour! The address of the web site is www.chebucto.ns.ca/Webcam.
The camera is located on the roof of Fenwick Place pointing toward
Georges Island, and will provide an excellent live view of both the
arrival of the Tall Ships as well as the Parade of Sail.
The site is being launched to correspond
with the Tall Ships Celebrations but will remain in place year long.
Already receiving very high hits, the site promises to draw many
interested viewers, both locally and internationally.
In keeping with their goal to assist
other local businesses and better support the Halifax district, Chebucto
Community Net will use the site to promote other community organizations
within the greater Halifax area. Banner ads will be present on the site
for local organizations to advertise, and are being offered at a very
competitive rate.
