REPORT OF THE OF THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

The Membership Committee is composed of Joy Showell, Pauline Scott, Barbara Martell and Bernie Hart

The Committee has just recently been formed and although formal terms of reference have yet to be developed, the Committee has been involved in considering policies and procedures which relate to membership. Specifically we have been involved in determining what the benefits of membership should be and how the Society can appropriately recognize the various categories of donor groups.

Gerard MacNeil, System Manager, has attended all meetings and has been an important support to the Committee. Below are statistics provided by Gerard.

Future Plans:

The Membership Committee will be working with the Communications and Resource Committees in developing a campaign for new members as well as an effort to encourage all users to join the Society.
