Account Information

C-Suite users can see the status of their accounts using the "g status" shortcut. This gives information on what contributions they have made to the system, when their accounts are due for renewal, and information about the system's account policy:

   Andrew Dacey, our records indicate that your account is due for
   renewal by July 17, 1997. 
   
   We hope that by that date you will choose to become a member rather
   than just renewing your account. Recent changes now allow you to
   become a member by paying the suggested dues or whatever you can
   afford. However, simply renewing your account without taking out a
   membership remains an option -- instructions follow the membership
   information.

   The Society depends on membership dues to operate CCN. Although the
   dues do not cover all expenses, they are the basis of our monthly cash
   flow and are essential in meeting our ongoing costs and maintaining a
   good quality of service. Fortunately many members have been willing to
   make a donation beyond their dues and we ask each person to consider
   this possibility.
