Account processing allows the admin to activate accounts, change the membership of accounts, and to give users custom login names. To process an account the admin enters the login name of the user (C-Suite also allows name searches). This brings up the information for that user.
C-Suite also has some features built in as "sanity checks", such as it won't let you process an account that has a dollar amount but no payment method.
