Skeleton Files
A number of files, stored in CS_ROOT/skel are copied into each new account,
thus determining default behaviour of mail (.pinerc) and news (.newsrc).
The latter, in particular, should be editted to a list of local
newsgroups that you wish each new user to see when they first enter news.
An empty public_html directory is included and later filled with a default
Profile.html file.
